Business Analyst

Job Description

plays an important role in the development and maintenance of firmware for Transtrack IoT & telematics devices used in vehicle fleets, logistics, mining, ports & marine, and other industries.

Responsibility

1. Collect and analyze business needs from various stakeholders to translate them into clear, measurable requirements that are aligned with product or project development objectives. 2. Map business processes and identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement in a transformation process. 3. Collaborate with System Analysts and Technology Research Specialists in formulating solutions that are functionally and technically feasible in accordance with product capabilities based on operations and business cases. 4. Prepare business documents such as Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Use Cases/Business Market Insights, and Process Flows to be used as references for product development. 5. Establish effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that needs and priorities are clearly conveyed and maintaining smooth implementation. 6. Assist in managing business needs, including ensuring synchronization between the requirement, implementation, and post-development support phases.

Requirement

1. Engineering or management graduate with at least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst. 2. Possess strong problem-solving skills, high initiative, and a strong understanding of business contexts. 3. Able to coordinate across teams and possess good communication and people management skills. 4. Experience and knowledge in the maritime, transportation, and logistics sectors will be an advantage. 5. Possess a basic understanding of technology and the role of a Business Analyst.
