Job Description

Responsible for managing and coordinating all field operations, particularly those related to scheduling installation, maintenance, and support of Transtrack IoT & telematics devices.

Responsibility

1. Create and manage schedules for technician activities related to installation, reinstallation, and maintenance 2. Oversee scheduled activities, taking into account priorities, deadlines, and available resources 3. Adjusting schedules based on changes in conditions/needs and developing plans to address delays or unexpected changes 4. Communicating schedule information clearly and in a timely manner to all parties involved to address communication issues that may interfere with schedule implementation 5. Monitoring ongoing projects 6. Preparing daily reports and recommendations based on necessary changes
