Responsible for managing, analyzing, and optimizing all activities related to the inventory of devices and components used in the operation and implementation of Transtrack solutions. This role is critical to ensuring accurate stock availability, reducing the risk of shortages, minimizing storage costs, and supporting the smooth running of projects and technical services in the field.Responsibility
1. Monitor, analyze, and control inventory in the system and in the field 2. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports with accurate data 3. Reconcile inventory data and follow up on discrepancies between physical and system data 4. Coordinate with the Supply Chain, PPIC, Procurement, and Operations teams to ensure the smooth flow of goods 5. Identify efficiency opportunities and provide recommendations for improvements in inventory management 6. Assist in the implementation and optimization of ERP / WMS (Warehouse Management System) systemsRequirement
1. 2–3 years of work experience in Inventory, Supply Chain, or PPIC, preferably in the logistics, distribution, or manufacturing industry 2. Minimum education of Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Industrial Engineering, Management, Logistics, or similar) 3. Able to operate Microsoft Excel and understand ERP/WMS systems 4. Meticulous, have good analytical skills, and are accustomed to working with data 5. Able to work in a team and communicate well
